The only slight annoyance is that the heat keeps resetting to 68F every hour or two. I stayed in November/December, and it was a little chilly for me. But I could keep bumping the thermostat up whenever I wanted, so it wasn't a big issue. Overall, it's a great apartment and location - just a few minutes' walk to the Duomo and some excellent restaurants.
