In the heart of the historic centre of Florence, a stone's throw from the Galleria Dell'Accademia (where Michelangelo's magnificent David is kept), Piazza Duomo, Piazza Signoria and Piazza SS. Annunziata, the Ricasoli apartment is located on the third floor (45 steps) of a historic building in the most authentic part of Florence.  
This original, bright, elegant and charming apartment will be your ideal base to discover and fully immerse yourself in the culture, history and art of this splendid ancient city.  
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (SOFA BED AVAILABLE ON REQUEST ONLY), a livable terrace, a full equipped kitchenette and a bathroom that can accommodate up to 6 people.  
Located in Via dei Ricasoli, an ancient street connecting Piazza Duomo and Piazza San Marco, rich in evidence of its long past, the spacious flat has just been renovated and tastefully furnished, creating a perfect mix of antique and modern functionality. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. It is the perfect place for groups of all kinds to holiday together, without anyone having to give up the intimacy of their own space. It's fully kitted out with all the comforts you could possibly need, so your holiday is going to be an experience to be told!

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD  
The street is dedicated to the Ricasoli family and in ancient times, at least until 1847, the street was called Via del Cocomero and the ancient Teatro Niccolini, at the beginning of the street towards Piazza del Duomo, was indeed called Teatro del Cocomero.  
Together with via degli Alfani, the street forms a small square overlooked by the Luigi Cherubini Conservatory and the entrance to the Accademia Gallery, the former San Matteo Hospital.  
The neighbourhood is full of restaurants and bars that, especially in summer, enliven the squares and streets with their alfresco tables. Here you can enjoy the best of Tuscan cuisine, whether for an informal lunch or a romantic dinner.   
Ideal for couples or families with children, the area has everything you may need during your stay.
