Short walks to train station, Duomo, Uffizi, and Academia. It’s right in the heart of the central market, where shopping stalls are set up daily, and where you can find many restaurants. Its on the top floor. So the unit was really hot on a summer day. One of the two ACs was on but it took a lot of time to cool down the apartment such that it did not actually cool till early morning on any day. There are three keys required but only two were provided. Communication with the concierge is a problem. They do not like to be called. They prefer whatsapp message only. Lock for the door in the stairway can be opened from outside but we had to be told about it. A better way for the host/concierge would be to list down all instructions on a piece of paper and hand it over to the guest upon arriving so that they do not miss anything. They told us about trash that if we have more than one bag, we should throw it ourselves but we found that the earlier guests had not even thrown their trash out - and neither did the cleaners or host check about it.
