It is at 2nd floor without elevator but it is easily accessible by 2 flights of stairs. It was totally renovated and refurnished in 2014. The entrance opens into a spacious room divided into a living area with a sofa (bed), TV, HiFi audio system, books and DVDs, where to relax after a hard day of visit around the city; a modern kitchen area with a table for 4/6 people, fully equipped with all you need to cook. The washing machine is here, too. From this room departs a corridor to the back where is located the bathroom with a spacious shower, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed that can be closed to use this room as a studio, and the main bedroom with a king size bed. All the rooms are air conditioned and heated autonomously. There were dozens of restaurants within a two minute walk. We did not spend much time there awake as we were out early and home late almost every day. Close to all of Firenze for walking on both sides of the Arno. The apartment is a walkup and very safe.
