« It was such a wonderful lovely experience. I got this place for a mini getaway with my parents because it was my father’s birthday. The Manager of the property was super duper accommodating and friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end. I will definitely be back for some more adventures and am happy to have had such a wonderful host! Just want to applaud and thank them for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beach house! »

« Between work challenges, extended family requirements and the general business of the holiday season the husband and I hadn't had time to do much more than exchange honey do lists for the last few months. « The cottage was from a Hallmark movie. The owner Chad remodeled this nearly century old river front cottage to include all the modern conveniences you’ll need while maintaining the charm. Chad is a friendly and generous host and was always available. The cottage is in the side yard of their home but they were completely unobtrusive during the entirety of our stay. »

« We loved our stay at this wonderful Florence home. We had two kids and 5 adults and there was room to spare. The pictures are very accurate and the location was great. « Wonderful home, great location in a sweet quiet neighborhood with beautiful yard landscape. Enjoyed having coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbird gorge herself on the bright flowers. Mark was an outstanding host. Close to beach, town and excellent hiking trails. So relaxing and fun. »

« This place was a perfect stay. It was clean, had many amenities, and looked better than the pictures did. The hot tub and water access were our favorite parts as we used the canoe for a nice ride out to the lake. There were plenty of great suggestions in the guest binder as well and we ate at two of the recommended places. Overall a great stay and we would stay with them again if we visit to the area. »

« We would definitely stay here again! The property was clean and nicely updated. Even though it is in a 4 unit building we never heard our neighbors unless we were all on the outside patio at the same time. The views and access to the beach were incredible! If it is not foggy, the sunset is spectacular and we watched gray whales right off the beach. The location is just minutes from Yachats or Waldport, which both have amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. It was not a chore to run out...

« We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our primary reason for this vacation was to visit family so we pretty much just slept and showered at the cottage. We adjusted to the lack of internet and cell coverage by watching a dvd movie at night and enjoyed our time there. Thank you for opening your property! »

"Well, we had the A-shape building just for us. It's pretty spacious, But as mentioned in a message before staying, there is nothing provided, especially in the kitchen so if you need a knife or spoon, buy them somewhere before. The building is worn out, and conveys a feeling of partial cleanliness. The problem is that this A shape building is right next to the very busy main coastal road. We barely slept. Will not return. Especially as it's extremly expensive for what it is."
