Welcome to a cozy corner of Graubunden. This 50 sq m flat is waiting to welcome you to Flims - a wonderful village for skiing, mountain biking, and outdoor activities. Fantastic find in Flims
A true gem! Everything was spotlessly clean and stylishly comfortable, and we enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen for the nights we cooked. Our family felt right at home, and the kids especially loved the provided hot chocolate and games. Instructions and communication were thoughtful and thorough, and the complex is convenient to the slopes and bus. Highly recommended!

A beautiful, sparkling clean and extremely well-resourced apartment so close to all the amenities, town & skiing but down a tiny street so quiet and peaceful. Glorious views from balcony and Shannon was the perfect host. Everything was easy to understand and we’ll be booking again asap!

Einen perfekten/leider zu kurzen Skiurlaub
Die geräumige Wohnung mit einer Schlafnische ermöglichte uns, die dreiköpfige Familie, in Flims ein perfektes Skiwochenende. Am Tag der Anreise wurde uns das Early-CheckIn vom Vermieter warmherzig erteilt da die Putzfrau früher ihre Reinigungsarbeit abschloss. Für unser Auto bot der Vermieter einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage an. Durch den Aufzug war die Einzug- und Auszug-Arbeit kinderleicht. Die ganze Wohnung war selbstständig TOP sauber. Es gab da bereits alles, was man im Urlaubs (gelegentlich) benötigen könnte. Wir freuten uns z.B. riesig auf die div. angebotene Handy-Netzteile/Ladekabeln da unsere eigene versehentlich zuhause zurückgelassen wurden. In der Küche standen uns reichliche Spaghetti, Bier und Wein großzügig zur Verfügung, welches uns wirklich positiv überraschte. Nachts konnten wir im Doppelbett in der Schlafnische super bequem schlafen währende unsere Tochter auf dem gigantische Sofabett (ca. 240 x 180) im Wohnbereich sich nach Möglichkeit streckte. Gleichwertig ist das auch, dass die Wohnung ganz in der Nahe von der Bushaltestelle (Flims Post) liegt. Zur Bergbahnstation kostet 1 Minute per Bus oder einfach 10 Minute wenn man ei bisschen Bewegung bräuchte. Übrigens, unser ZwergKaninchen Nukki (im Käfig) fand auf dem Balkon sofort sein Paradies, wie Zuhause. Alles in allem las die Wohnung uns keine Wünsche offen. Vielen lieben Dank aus Bielefeld! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder;)

Wir sind nun schon das zweite Mal mit unserem Hund in dem kleinen Appartment gewesen und es ist einfach perfekt :) Es geht alles Super einfach, die Lage ist super und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich.

Beatiful apartment
Me and my family spent a few a days in this apartment during winter holidays. Everything was fine and perfectly working as described. The location of the apartment is very convenient for skiing and there is the possibilty to park in a garage instead of parking outside.
