The "File" apartment house, constructed in 2022, presents an exceptional vacation rental opportunity in Wenns, Austria. Nestled in the Piller district, just 5 km from Wenns' vibrant center, this tranquil haven offers a private terrace, garden furniture, and ample parking for two cars. Enjoy seamless connectivity with Internet WiFi and on-site storage for bicycles, while the yard provides an inviting outdoor space.

Embrace the great outdoors with walking paths easily accessible from the house, just 100 meters away. Ski enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to a ski lift merely 1 km from the property, while skisport facilities and cross-country ski tracks await 13 km and 1 km away, respectively. Immerse yourself in nature at the Naturpark Kaunergrat, a scenic 4.5 km journey.  
  
Other Information  
Conveniences abound with a supermarket, bakery, and restaurant within a 5 km radius, and a bus stop located a mere 200 meters from the residence. Please note that the owner resides within the same property, and animals may roam the neighborhood.
