Located 150m from the beach and 100m from the nearest shops, in the quiet Port district, Rue des Frégates is lined with detached houses and small, single-story apartment buildings, offering an ideal location due to its proximity to the beach.  
  
This villa includes a living room with a double sofa bed and a television (subject to good reception), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a pantry, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The house also has an annex consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, and a shower room with a toilet.  
  
Added bonuses: Terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, parking in the courtyard. The accommodation also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine.  
  
"2-star rated furnished tourist accommodation". Cleaning included.  
  
Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival.  
  
Optional services, to be reserved 10 days in advance and paid for on site:
