Privacy! Owner Managed. Mountain Tranquility This peaceful, non-smoking, fully furnished home, above 3000' elevation, has lots of outdoor spaces. Located 1/2 mile from access to S Fork New River. Our master suite is complete with vintage queen bed, tv and large jetted whirlpool tub/shower. Living area features large screen smart tv, wifi and gas fireplace. Den / reading room with board games and smart tv. Spacious farmhouse kitchen comes with all appliances including dishwasher, toaster, blender, 12 cup drip coffee maker, keurig, crockpot and much more. Complete laundry room with modern front load washer and dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Beautiful outdoor space includes spacious deck with patio furniture to enjoy privacy and long range mountain views. A gas grill is also provided for cooking that wonderful meal while enjoying the quiet. Behind the house you will find a large fire ring ( ash removal bucket is provided) with seating and hammock to enjoy mountain climate. Should you encounter inclement weather, there is also a covered carport with ample parking. Road does NOT require 4 wheel drive. We grilled hotdogs and our toddlers spent time playing on the deck and under the carport in the gravel. We roasted smores in the firepit. The home is so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. It is clean and organized and has local information nearly in a binder.
