It sits only 15 minutes from the venue. It has plenty of space inside to comfortable fit large groups and lots of outdoor space for enjoying the seasons. Happy to see a well equipped kitchen for meal prep. I’d highly recommend looking at this place if you need to stay in the area. I’ll definitely be checking back ##### Eric H. It accommodated 10 adults well. Communication with owner was good. When we had a minor problem, the owner responded quickly and together he and I were able to resolve the problem without the inconvenience of having an outside repairperson having to come out. Several of us commented on it. We had a total of 14\. Grandchildren and adults really enjoyed the firepit. Peter answered any questions we had quickly. The view! Wow!
