This delightful home in the Cheshire neighborhood is a perfect location for your Northern Arizona getaway. You will immediately feel at ease when you arrive with plenty of room to relax inside or outdoors. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large open kitchen, two living rooms and a lovely back patio and fenced yard. The house is minutes from downtown, Snowbowl, and many recreational hiking and biking trails. There are so many reasons to choose this home for your stay in Flagstaff. First off, the home is just simply comfortable. You walk into the living room that has great light and plenty of seating to watch movies or your favorite internet choices. There is a variety of artwork that adorns the walls, colors that are easy on the eyes and soft touches everywhere you look. There are hardwood floors throughout most of the home with tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. Further into the home, you will see the second living area that flows into the large, open kitchen with plenty of space to cook, and entertain. Tons of cabinet space along with a spacious walk in pantry for your use. The kitchen is outfitted with a large island; making meal preparation a social event. The kitchen features stainless appliances, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and a full complement of cooking utensils and dishware. There is seating for two around the island for casual dining, as well a dining room table that seats up to six. The back patio door is just off the kitchen and you can access the patio, bbq and a large fenced yard that is great for the kids to play. The bedrooms are simple yet refined with platform beds, supportive mattresses, quality linen large closets and dressers. The Master and room across the hall both have King sized beds and the third bedroom has two Twin beds. There is also a Full size inflatable mattress that brings the sleep total to 8\. The master bathroom has a full sized shower and the guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower. You will find soap, shampoo, hair dryers and extra TP in each of these. The location is unbeatable. You are just minutes away from the Schultz Creek recreation area that boasts miles and miles of some of the best singletrack in Arizona. You will also have quick access to Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) that circumnavigates all of Flagstaff. Only minutes from Downtown, the Arizona Snowbowl, and so much more. Right out the front door, you get a decent view of the San Francisco Peaks, Mount Elden and Dry Lake Hills. Pay attention upon arrival and make note of all the damages. I would suggest taking photos of everything that is damaged. We were wrongfully accused of damage and charged for things we didn't do that were already there when we arrived. The house has a lot of wear and tear and damage. A large amount was taken from our deposit fee for a stain on the ottoman that was already there and for staining on sheets. The kitchen table and living room couches are stained and very warm looking as well as the paint around the house . Much of the furniture and house is beat up but clearly isn't getting replaced. This property is pristine and outfitted well. Great space for a large family to spread out adn relax. Large backyard for our dogs. Close to downtown Flag and to ski slopes. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space to relax, eat and sleep. Easy access off 180, close to trails, NAU and downtown. We would stay here again. ##### Krystal T. Not enough lighting, seating, end Nice quiet neighborhood , close to but not in town. It sleeps 6 but it's not furnished for 6 people to function well....not enough seating, lighting, tables etc in the main space or the bedrooms. We were always moving objects from one room to another depending on what we needed at the time. It isnt "cozy". I was there for 2 months and it got old....and frustrating. ##### Francie K.
