"This was a solid but not wonderful stay. The room was very typical european in that it was small and cramped and the shower was tiny. That wasn't a huge issue, though because that is what's expected in Europe. My bigger gripe was that I got my period one of the nights and bled on the sheets and they didn't get changed. They just made the bed over the stain, which was kind of icky. Also the toilet lid would always fall on us while we were using the toilet and it didn't like to stay up. Thankfully we weren't men trying to stand and use it, but it was annoying for us at least.
All that being said, the front desk staff was wonderful and helpful. I even saw one of the staff members helping some women book a bus ticket on their phone, which is definitely above and beyond. And overall the hotel did what it needed to do for us. It was comfortable and safe, so no major complaints."
