« Cottage itself in appearance was to expectation including fireplace, sauna in-house and so on. However there were some drawbacks, not many matches to light fire, TV barely had any working channels, no supply of tea or coffee like usually would expect and while log are handy for a fire there wasn’t a lot of bark to help start the fire. Another thing that bothered us was location. While yes these cottages are in a scenic location it is quite isolated. Only one train station nearby with one train...

"L’hôtel est proche du centre-ville. La qualité de prestation est à revoir pour frôler un 4 étoile. Il y a des corrections à amener pour améliorer le confort des clients. Exemple sur la douche. Obliger de racler l’eau qui s’échappe de la partie douche pour se propager dans la pièce de salle de bain. Pas agréable et risque de chute. La literie aussi. Très fine et pas assez confortable pour une nuit à apprécier. L’alarme incendie qui clignote juste au-dessus du lit qui illumine la pièce à dormir. Absence de prise électrique à côté du lit. Le personnel est agréable et fait le job. Il pourrait faire un petit plus… Apporter les valises jusqu’à la chambre au lieu de se préparer quasi tous les matins son café côté petit-déjeuner clients. Pas très dérangeant mais il y a la petite touche de confort qui manque sur cet hôtel. On parle de prestation quasi à 500€ la nuit! Et on est loin du luxe. Attention au rajout de petit plaisir gourmandise, coûteux et que tu retrouves au petit-déjeuner… "

"Super hôtel ! Le personnel est tres accueillant. Nous avions reserver une chambre avec sauna qui était jusque incroyable ! Une vue magnifique sur les sapins enneigées. La station de ski au pied de l’hôtel avec la possibilité de prendre le télésiège gratuitement en piéton. Parcours de rando a coté du télésiège. Tout était top ! Mon seul bémol, en tant que bon français, le manque de choix sucré pour le petit déjeuner."
