I was a bit disappointed in the property, no communication about communal area, no instructions on how to check in, or information regarding things to do. Staff seemed annoyed even though I was literally the only guest. Beautiful decor, great location but needs customer service work.

Filandia Hotel is a Gem

Five perfect days there. Amazing value, everything was really great. Lots of charm and beauty, thoughtfully presented. And kind and gracious hosts. ā¤ļø

It's a lovely town but better places to stay

It was just ok... The rooms are not soundproof, and a rooster next door started up at around 4am! And the wifi was rubbish and very inconsistent. There is parking but only 3 spaces - this wasn't an issue for us but maybe just one to know.
