Rooms are clean. Staff amazing not intrusive but welcominh friendly and helpful. Good for families who want a quieter holiday but a short bus trip for activitirs,shops etc. Good parking facilities

Wish we could stay longer

We stayed in the 1+1 ground floor flat. It’s spacious and is the perfect size for a couple and 2 kids. There is plenty of natural light with a garden view out of the living room area. As of July 2025, the flat feels modern and is newly done and furnished. There is a dedicated car park for the flat and this was super convenient for us. You have a few markets in the vicinity and you are just around the corner from the public transportation and main road. The flat has a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Hakan at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Wish we could stay longer.

Nice and cute hotel with a family vibe. I would not call it a boutique hotel, but still nice and very cosy especially for the price. Nice and friendly staff who accommodated during our visit. We extended our stay in an easy way. The rooms were clean. They gave tips on logistics which we appreciated. Nice little patio to the room. The hotel felt very family friendly, with lots of kids in the pool areas. Worth having in mind if you just want to relax. Located a bit outside of the city center, but Ölüdeniz has a quite odd city planning with a narrow design, with one main road that leads towards the coastal area and the beaches. Easy to access the dolmuş to the beach.

Basic but old and not great value

Disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced by housekeeping at all during the stay. Why stay at a hotel instead of an Airbnb if you don’t get this? The room was large but basic and rough round the edges - it needs refurbishing. The kitchen didn’t even have plates but these were provided when asked for. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell due to a drain in the floor. We found the beds and pillows uncomfortable. Overall not great value compared with other places we stayed in Turkey. And there is a lot of noise from the property next door.

I came to stay there for a couple of nights, but loved so much that extended my stay for 5 more nights. The place has a magical feel about it: it's quiet, surrounded by mountains, yet still pretty close to the hustle and bustle of Oludeniz and Fethiye. The owners have done a fantastic job at renovating the place. I stayed in L1 room which is a loft with a minimalistic yet beautiful design and the most stunning view of the mountain from the loft bedroom: the triangular window across from the bed matches the angle of the mountain in the distance creating the most beautiful art-like view. The bathroom is well done, as well with beautiful touches that makes it feel luxurious. The build out was made out of cedar and the whole room smelled of inviting cedar smell the moment you walked in. There were also beautiful Turkish cotton robes to enjoy. The balcony had a jacuzzi and I enjoyed immensely sitting in it and watching sunsets. The pool was lovely, as well with high quality longe chairs. And the property itself had lots of fruit and olive trees. Food was OK, but there were several great restaurants near by including an exceptional steak house. Overall, the property felt more like 4 - 4.5 stars, and I would highly recommend to come and experience it. I definitely would love to come back and stay for another week or two.

Güzel bir butik otel. Odalar oldukça temizdi. Açık büfe kahvaltı da güzeldi belki peynir çeşitleri arttırılabilir. Daha iyi olması için sunacağım tek eleştiri oda kapısı kapalı olmasına rağmen dışarıdan ses geliyor bazen ve bu rahatsız edebiliyor.(kapı açma-kapama sesleri ya da dışarıdaki yüksek konuşma sesleri gibi) Ama bunun dışında konumu itibariyle hem Ölüdeniz’e (10dk) hem de Fethiye merkeze (20dk) araba ile yakın mesafede. Standart oda seçmiştik fakat gittiğimizde odamızı süit oda ile değiştirerek bize çok tatlı bir jest yaptılar. Odaları gayet temizdi, kahvaltıları yeterli ve konum olarak da merkeze yakın biz çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha tercih edilebilir

Genel olarak odanin genis ve derah olmasi hosuma gitti. Yatak cok genis ve konforluydu. Banyo temiz ve oda gibi oda genis. Balkonunu. Olmasi buyuk avantaj sigara kullananlar icin. Giristeji arkadaslar ilgili. Konumu cok kyi sadece eylul ayinda aksamlari spguk olabliyor yukarida kaldigi icin. Odada wifi maalesef calismiyor,arkadaslara ilettim bu durumu gerekli duzeltmeleri yapacaklardir. Camlarda tul olmasini istersim sadece guneslik vardi. Birde su isitmak icin kettle olursa daha iyi olur.
