"Right in the heart of the medina by the blue gate, the room was a good size wirh a great bathroom and the staff made it such a lovely time, really eager to share knowledge about the area and help you find a good guide. It was a really great mid point for all of the cool spots and the walkability made everything a great time. Absolutely loved this location."

"Hasan made sure we were well taken care of. He helped with luggage carrying toand from our check in and check out. He ensured breakfast was ready on time and even packed and gave us breakfast on the day we were leaving since we left super early. He also helped with recommendations for things to do in and around the medina. The room was clean, cozy, and just enough for thwme 2 of us. "Very good hotel. Clean, spacious room, with helpful and courteous staff. Nice pool area. Good breakfast, although restaurant service is a little slow. A special thank you to Salma at guest experience for providing a personal service throughout our stay, who also arranged tours and spa experience for us. Also thank you to manager Akram. (Just bear in mind that as with some other hotels, the air conditioning system in the hotel is switched off in winter, with only heating available, so have to open the large room window if feeling hot, but we had a comfortable stay). Hotel area felt safe, just a few minutes walk from the shopping mall Borj Fes, with restaurants, shops etc. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fes and we would definitely stay here again."

Breakfast at the Riad was great. Had dinner twice - good food. Did not have time to enjoy spa services. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "

"Large room with private bath, best continental breakfast ever. Clean room and quiet. Great location, close to the blue gate. Mohammed took me to a great leather shop with much better prices than the tannery. He also showed me an awesome restaurant at the end of the alley with great kabobs and couscous. I will stay there again when I visit Fez again."

"This was the best Riads we stayed at. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were gave us great tips for around the city and we enjoyed our conversations together. Our room was beautiful and the terrace had an amazing view of Fez. Highly recommend Riad Jamaï especially if it is your first time in Morocco! "
