The room was very clean. Staff is so friendly and helpful full of curtesy. This place is a real coup de coeur. Beautiful architecture. Good and convenient location. And very very safe.

Hotel Pratt has possibly the best pillows in Italy! Also serves the best chocolate at breakfast! The castle in Ferrara is steps from the front door. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and will suggests sights you haven'the considered. If you are a runner bring you shoes and run the wall!

Great location near the castle especially during the Buskers festival Private assigned parking Nice breakfast Junior suite with loft was very spacious very friendly staff

Wonderful

Great location, the ease of private rental, and the comfort of a hotel room. Highly recommend.

Staff is delightful, cordial and helpful.

The owner works very hard to mange the property. Well renovated place, nice mixed old and new furnitures. 24 hours free water, free sparkling wine, and free snakes. The breakfast lady and the cleaning lady the owner hires does lousy job.

Great helpful staff.

Très propre. Personnel est très gentil. Climatisation efficace. Petit déjeuner varié et de très bonne qualité

This hotel is right near the Castello Estense in the heart of the historic centre but also an easy walk of 15 minutes from the train station. My room was lovely, the breakfast was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff eager to assist in all you ask.
