About this property

Ceremonial Tipi

Retreat to the Blue Ridge Mountains and experience camping in our Ceremonial "glamping" tipi. Our Ceremonial Tipi is located steps away from a mountain stream-fed fishing pond. Our Tipi is a massive, 24' authentic hand-painted tipis furnished with most of the comforts of home. This Tipi offers a King Bed and a bunk bed. So unique and memorable! We are committed to making sure your experience is unique. All proceeds from camping benefit our non-profit organization, www.hope4hischildren.org, which offers youth camp programs. Come camp with us!

Our Ceremonial Tipi glamping package includes a king bed with sheets, blankets, pillows, and a bunk bed (for the bunk bed, you will need to bring bedding.). We also provide a propane grill with a stovetop burner, a percolator coffee pot for the grill, an outdoor eating area, a fire-ring, outdoor seating, and a starter supply of firewood. We provide a 5-gallon Igloo cooler of clean water for washing hands, brushing teeth, and washing dishes, we also provide a drink/food cooler. We provide plates, cups, utensils, sharp knives, a cutting board, and dish/hand soap. Each Tipi has its own portable toilet that is cleaned and emptied weekly.

When you arrive, the cooler will be filled with ice, and we will have provided the initial bundle of firewood. Additional ice and firewood is available for purchase. We can provide a propane heater and propane tank for additional cost during cold weather. We ask that you please not bring your own firewood due to the transmission of wood-related diseases and parasites. Thank you!

Note: In the event of cancellation, we are unable to refund the costs of the stay because of our inability to replace the rental due to it being taken off the “available” status once the reservation is secured. However, if you need to cancel, we can reschedule the same number of nights M-Thurs for no additional cost except $50 setup/cleaning. If you need to reschedule Fri-Sun, we can reduce the nightly rental rate by 50%, plus cleaning & taxes because we would otherwise lose weekend revenue which is essential to our small business. Thank you for understanding.

October stay with our grown children and grandkids
Beautiful property, accommodations and people. Our grandkids enjoyed the tire swing, playing in the creek tiding the golf cart and petting the barn animals. The teepee maintained a comfortable temperature even in the cool October nights. King sized bed super comfy. Thank you Annette and Troy and the rest of the folks for allowing us the run of your beautiful acreage!

Unique experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the ranch. We stayed in the teepee by the pond and it was a beautiful setting. All of the employees and owners that we met were so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the tour of the ranch also! We will definitely be back. Can’t wait to see all of the planned developments come to fruition!

Teepee on pond
Beautiful property. Teepee was well decorated and stocked. Highly recommend this unique stay. We stayed in the teepee on the pond. Nice and private. The baby farm animals were a plus to our visit.

A little peace of heaven on earth.
I was unsure what to expect renting a tipi for sure. This place is absolutely beautiful! So much property to explore! The owners and farm hands make you feel so welcomed, and the hospitality goes above and beyond. They have awesome fishing ponds, many trails, animals, and the best scenery one could ask for. There mission is one of a kind, and they continue to grow constantly. You want regret "glamping" with blue ridge ranch.

Camping at Blue Ridge Ranch
We had an outstanding time camping at the Blue Ridge Ranch. Stayed in the Tee Pee. We went fishing, grilled, hiked, rode 4 wheelers, had a bonfire, ate smores, fed the animals and enjoyed the beautiful mountains. Unreal facilites and run by great people! We will be back shortly!

The entire process was easy. You couldn’t ask for better host. The description of the property and the teepee was spot on! The kids had a blast, as well as the adults. We will be back for sure!
