Located just 300 meters from Cala Marsal sandy beach, this bright apartment is ideal for those looking to be close to the beach and enjoy the sea.   
  
The apartment is on the fourth floor with an elevator and features a private 20m² terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals at its table for six. It also has a barbecue, ideal for magical evenings. Inside, you′ll find a modern atmosphere with a renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.   
  
With free Wifi, a TV with international channels, and free street parking, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area is very convenient, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops nearby.
