The towels and linens were stained and dirty - they are obviously not washed often or simply need to be replaced because they are gross. The included breakfast consisted of two sugary cereals and old yogurt. Very disappointing.

The staff at the front desk were unfriendly. They were not greeting the guests (both evening and morning). They have problematic demeanor. They carried a very dark, gloomy, atmosphere. It could have been better if they smiled or said "good morning" back to the guests.

The property looked the same as it did 25 years ago when I stayed there. Seems the only updates have been paint in the rooms and new bedding. I would stay there again, as it’s convenient to the interstate but the whole place could def use a facelift

Even though we made reservations on 2/1/24 to ensure that we had a room when our granddaughter graduated from college on 5/11/24, when we arrived we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. There were 15 people ahead of us and 3 after us in line that they had cancelled their rooms as well. We had already paid through Expedia, along with the hotel booking protection insurance, and were without a room. We had no refund and no room! This is an outrage! NEVER book at Super 8 Wyndham in Fayetteville, AR.

The room we got smelt like smoke, it was in the basement, and the was, what looked like, bodily fluids left on the floor of the bathroom. The beds creeked and the rooms were tiny.

A reasonable stay for a good price
I reserved the hotel to save money. The hotels around the area charge double of what Super * charges. We did not put many expectations on the room facilities. The staff was very helpful. They have coffee, free internet and breakfast available.

Friendly, Helpful and Efficient Hotel and Employees; I regularly stay at this hotel (*yearly etc.) when I need to stay at a hotel. The "3 stars" part was only regarding around the property, lots of cigarette butts on the ground outside near the parking lot etc. Otherwise, the inside was clean and the stay itself was pleasant. If I need a hotel again, I will be back.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Room was clean but felt unclean due to stained towels, comforter with cigarette burns in it (even though it’s a smoke free hotel) and bathroom mirror that looked dirty but just needed replaced. Walls are very thin and it sounded like a herd of elephants running back and forth above us to be sure and get an upstairs room, however know that there isn’t an elevator. This hotel was the best value in the area and the waffles were good so it worked for us for one night.

I will NEVER book at this hotel again..
We arrived 1 hour after check in.. 2 clerks were at the desk while one was assisting the customer in line before me. There was obviously an issue with his check in and he declined the service. We waited over 5 minutes before the lady informed the other to go ahead and check us in. I handed him my ID and credit card.. he informed me that my reservation was canceled but i could rebook if i wanted to. I asked why my reservation was canceled and i was told that the charge didn’t go through.. (i have no idea why they would run my card and cancel my reservation before i even checked in.. i always select pay at hotel unless i am required to pay on the hotels.com website) I asked if it would be the same price as i booked (which was more than double the usual price because of football) he said i could check the website. The price would have been $30 more and i refused to pay more for a room that was already overpriced. I felt like it was a scam, there was no reason my card should have been charged before i checked/declined or my reservation canceled… I’ve never had an issue like this with hotel service in 25 years.
