We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and trash can liners. We recommended you bring any additional items needed such as toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and lotion. The house address is searchable via GPS - navigating to the house should not be a problem. Please note that there are one security cameras located at the front of the house facing front entrance and backyard. There are no cameras inside the house. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and she had a birthday cake and balloons waiting for us when we arrived. She responded quickly to any questions I had and gave useful tips. We loved the game room, checking in and out was super easy, and very close to the National Park. If we are ever back in this area we would stay at this property again. ##### Stephanie W. Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2026 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Alicia P. 17 févr. 2026 Points faibles : Propreté This property absolutely appeared to be “clean” however it was just “wiped down.” The amount of detail cleaners put into properties are what keep others coming back. I read review after review and it seemed to be a good fit, but I’ve always noticed that there are very rarely bad things added into a good review. Honesty is the only way for improvement!I rented this property for a longer stay vacation for my birthday with my kids, hoping to enjoy little to no cleaning prior to use and just celebrate my birthday that night. Given the weather, it already put a damper on the day but we made it and we were excited to rest and make dinner… Once I unloaded the car and started to make my way to the kitchen I noticed the bathroom toilet would not stop running and the fans and return were COVERED in dust. The fridge was clean and cold. FANTASTIC!! I could make dinner, right? I wiped the counters down and crumbs were still all over it. Pulled down some plates and bowls, pieces of dry food and dish detergent from the dishwasher were all over them. It wasn’t just one or two, it was ALL. So we ran the dishwasher with what we needed. (Mind you this was very limited as well, odds and ends.) I spent 30 minutes scrubbing the bathtubs that should have been cleaned just so we could enjoy a clean shower. When doing laundry, it took six hr runs to get them dry. There’s also a draft coming from the window by the couch. I’m running out room, but there was more, over 1000 and they couldn’t clean! ##### Alicia P. And we all enjoyed the hot tub. Really big fenced backyard.Had a minor maintenance issue that had to be addressed while we were there. Maintenance guy was really friendly. Took care of it quickly.Comfortable beds and good towels and good toilet paper…not always the case with a vacation rental. Provided plenty of cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry and dish detergent.If you plan to cook be aware there’s only one spatula and no casserole dishes…might want to bring yours or grab disposable ones. Communication with the host was seamless, even when we had a last-minute house change. Everything was handled quickly and with ease, which took a lot of stress out of the process. The property itself was exactly as described and appeared just as expected—clean, comfortable, and ready for us to enjoy. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience that made our trip even better. Big fenced yard for dogs. Inside is smartly laid out and comfortable for family. We had a blast with the ping pong and pool table. We loved how close this place was to New River Gorge National Park and the surrounding activities. Just minutes away from adorable Fayetteville, too!The host was great at providing information and helped us troubleshoot an A/C issue by having fans dropped off at the home.
