Great location to UPitt! Parking was $35.00 a day. Breakfast was $18.00 pp and it was the usual that we normally get for free. The bathroom tub was chipped and stained and the beds were very soft and uncomfortable. I saw water on the floor in the lobby and no one cleaned it up. Honestly, I was surprised with the condition considering it was a Hilton. Eli at the front desk was nice.

Ideal spot for an event in the city! Great location, great place to stay! I will be back!

I like the property and amenities but I did not like listening to the elevator, sounded like a plane as it went past my room / floor and then the was an accuator that kept making noise in the ceiling of my bathroom. I had to shut the door!

Ive never stayed at a hotel with valet parking before. Parking situations tend to make me anxious and I had no idea what to expect. We pulled up and a guy came right over and talked to us. Asked how long we'd be staying, how soon we would need the car if at all during the stay and all that. Check in was fairly normal as any other place. Fast and easy. We stayed for St. Pats and one of the biggest things we were excited about was utilizing the rooftop to watch the parade and what an amazing experience that was!! Highly recommend! The only thing that I think could've been better (which is really just my own opinion) is better explaining the hold that is placed on your card when you check in, then how the valet parking is deducted from that hold rather than you paying. It was a little confusing when i saw it all on my statement but i did work everything out and it was fine! Definitely plan to come back for another stay

My Hotel stay overall was great. Only issue I encountered the first day was what looked to be a stained/dirty comforter. I brought it to the attention of housekeeping and she immediately took it and replaced with a clean one. Staff is great here. Good location.
