    A holiday chalet with a view of the Alps near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Chalet Rauschn 1 consists of a living room with dishwasher, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, underfloor heating, ski boot warmers, a shared sauna and a highchair (on request). The chalet also offers room service and has 5 Harleys that are available to hire.

    Outside, you will find a shared garden, as well as a private balcony with mountains views, covered terrace, whirlpool and grill. A shared sauna is also available.

    The nearest supermarket is just a couple of minutes on foot from the chalet (200m). The nearest ski lift is less than 10 minutes drive away (5km) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, next to the famous Große Olympiaschanze ski jump. You will also find a good number of other shops, restaurants and bars in the town. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck, which is an hour away by car (60km).

    Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Pets are allowed for an extra fee per pet per stay. Non-smoking house. The tourist tax costs per day for children from their 6th birthday. It costs per day for guests from their 16th birthday.

Schönes Haus aber doch auch enttäuschend

Pros: Das Haus, die Lage, Ausstattung alles super, haben uns wohl gefühlt, aaaber... Cons: Die Türen sind super doof, haben kein richtiges Schloss, nur ein Hacken innen zum befestigen, d.h. vom außen können die Schlafzimmertüren nicht geschlossen werden und haben einen großen Spalt unten, wir sind mit Baby gereist und das war einfach doof, weil wir oben alles gehört haben, was unten gesprochen wurde... Und keine Privatsphäre, weil die Badtüren von alleine aufgehen (oben nicht absperrbar, weil Hacken zu kurz) und auch nur Schiebetüren sind, wo unten wieder Spalte sind, d.h. alles draußen hörbar. Das sollte dringend geändert werden, oder mit in der Beschreibung stehen, mit Kindern würde ich deswegen nicht wieder kommen...Vor allem für den Preis, erwartet man irgendwie die Basics, wie Türen, bei denen auch an Funktionalität nicht nur "Design" gedacht wurde.

Tolles Chalet

Pros: Tolle Lage, toller Blick auf die Berge. Pool und Sauna sind ein schöner Luxus. Cons: Bei der Ankunft war der Pool leider nicht sauber. An den Wasserrändern hatte sich Schmutz gesammelt, den wir erstmal entfernen mussten. Die Schlafzimmertüren ließen sich nicht von außen schließen, was sich mit Kindern etwas schwierig gestaltet. Innen war nur ein kleiner Haken angebracht, der leider nicht gehalten hat. Wenn man die Kinder abends hingelegt hat, mussten wir mit Seilen kreativ werden, damit wir die Türen von außen schließen konnten. Das muss auf jeden Fall behoben werden.

Mit gutem Gewissen und vom Herzen zu empfehlen!

Pros: Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diese Unterkunft reisen. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Gewürzen, Kaffeepulver, Ausreichen Besteck und Geschirr sowie Gläser und Töpfe. Ebenfalls war ein Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Backofen vorhanden. Alles war SEHR sauber und Modern -Rustikal ausgestattet. In jedem Schlafraum sowie im Wohnzimmer ist ein TV vorhanden. Eine Musikbox sowie lokale Empfehlungen (Lokale und Unternehmungen) gab es ebenfalls. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zu jederzeit unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Aussicht auf die Zugspitze sowie die Sauna und der Whirlpool, runden den kompletten Aufenthalt ab. Cons: Zu Fuß ist es ca. 55 Minuten in das Zentrum von Garmisch. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt, die nächste Bushaltestelle ca. 15 Gehminuten

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Häuslein hat uns sehr gefallen, sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Ski-Fans werden begeistert sein :) Die „Anlage“ ist gepflegt, Sauna und Whirlpool waren toll. Für Fragen stand uns Marco Wanke jeder Zeit zur Seite. Ein schöner Panoramablick auf die Berge begrüßt einen morgens auf der hölzernen Terrasse. Traumhaft. Was etwas schade war, zu unserer Zeit wurde auf der Baustelle direkt vor uns täglich gearbeitet. Für alle „sonnen-empfindlichen“ Menschen, gut zu wissen, es ist leider kein Sonnenschutz für die Terrasse vorhanden :) Insgesamt hatten wir wunderschöne Urlaubsmomente in Garmisch Partenkirchen ! Empfehlenswert Liebe Grüße Viola+Mike+Heinz(Hund)
