Great place

Great hotel with lots of activities, we did SUP , pickleball, Padel , pingpong …etc and walk , play on the beach all day long ! The retreat club was fantastic , the snacks at the pool club were very tasty! We like restaurant Sandy’s grill more than familj but they were both good . The room with a large balcony facing seaside view was an incredible experience , watching the sunset and sipping a warm cup of tea ! All in all it was an awesome family trip , we will absolutely come back again :)

Time for improvement

The hotel presents itself as a high-category property, and guests naturally have certain expectations. Unfortunately, these were not met at all. Starting with the positives: the hotel does have its own charm. It’s lovely that there are fireplaces in several areas, and the breakfast restaurant was excellent—the food was delicious, varied, and the views were stunning. The location is also a strong point, as the hotel sits directly on the beach. Now the negatives: the hotel does not live up to its claimed category because it clearly needs renovation. In my room, the toilet seat was absolutely broken, hooks in the bathroom were missing, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the carpets in the common areas were old and dirty and should be replaced.. The staff were friendly and pleasant, but the spa was the biggest disappointment. It is nowhere near the standard of a high-end spa. There are plaster ceilings in the wet areas, and no temperature indicators or measuring devices in either the sauna or the Turkish bath. No rinsing hoses in the turkish bath. Overall, the spa was a complete shock. In Sweden, alcohol is available for purchase in spas, and perhaps that is why many people enjoy this hotel. But in reality, it can only appeal to those who have never visited a proper spa. Still, I give it three stars because of the excellent breakfast, the atmospheric restaurant, and the efforts of the staff.

Very nice hotel, nice clean room. Wonderful view, good breakfast. Nice Spa, great beach 🏝️ and bridge to swim from. Only negative note is that the surrounding buildings are not that nice. But the hotel is wonderful and so is the staff. I Can recommend. Business conference.

Fantastisk opphold – et hotell vi gjerne kommer tilbake til Vi bodde tre netter på Falkenberg Strandbad i et rom med havutsikt inkludert frokost, og hadde et svært hyggelig opphold. Hotellet er utrolig vakkert innredet og gir ekte Hamptons-følelse med en avslappet, eksklusiv atmosfære. Overalt var det rent, pent og svært godt vedlikeholdt. De teppebelagte korridorene ga et stille og behagelig inntrykk. Frokosten var noe av det beste vi har opplevd. Utvalget var stort, råvarene var av høy kvalitet, og den varme maten var lekkert presentert i flotte kobberkjeler. En frokost det virkelig er verdt å stå opp for. Personalet var vennlige, imøtekommende og ga god service gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi benyttet ikke spaet denne gangen, men hørte mange positive tilbakemeldinger fra andre gjester. Hotellet har også et stort og innholdsrikt lekerom som gjør det svært godt egnet for barnefamilier. Begge restaurantene på hotellet var utmerkede. Maten var velsmakende, laget av gode råvarer og servert med hyggelig og profesjonell service. Rommet og badet var noe mindre enn forventet, men dette ble langt på vei oppveid av den store, møblerte verandaen med komfortable teak-liggestoler og bord – et herlig sted å nyte utsikten. Alt i alt hadde vi et fantastisk opphold, og Falkenberg Strandbad er et hotell vi gjerne besøker igjen. Vi anbefaler det varmt.

En otroligt välgörande vistelse som kommer att sitta i länge. Själva hotellet är en vacker, historisk byggnad som har byggts till och moderniserats varefter. Beläget noll meter från den populära stranden Skrea. Att det är ett landmärke for Falkenberg är nog ingen överdrift. Det som gjorde störst intryck var dock den trevliga och entusiastiska personalen i restauranger, barer, lobbyn, städning o.s,v som genuint verkade gilla sitt arbete och arbetsplats. Den gjädjen smittade av sig. Stort tack!

Superbra hotell med otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi fick en spjälsäng i rummet som sonen sov gott i. Väldigt barnvänligt hotell. Vi åt även på Sandy’s som tillhör hotellet. Riktigt god mat - dock väldigt högljutt pga musik. Hotellet är gammalt så det fanns ingen modern AC på rummet. Vi tyckte att det var lite varmt på natten så man vaknade svettig flera gånger. Annars var rummet väldigt bra. Badrockarna man fick låna var hur sköna som helst. Det fanns ingen tillgång till te eller kaffe på rummet vilket var lite tråkigt då jag gärna tar en kopp te på kvällen men man överlever. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam och följde med mig när jag inte hittade ställen (otroligt stort ställe). Frukosten var fenomenal. Allt man kan tänka sig vilja ha på en frukostbuffé samt lite till! Läget är också fantastiskt. Vi var där för att besöka stranden och träffa vänner för lite glasshäng. Det ligger en glassbar precis bredvid hotellet och sen är bryggan på stranden på andra sidan. Det finns även en liten kiosk från stranden som tillhör hotellet för den som blir sugen på något gott bland all lek! Vi är hur nöjda som helst! Rummet hade kunnat vara svalare men resten var oklanderlig!

Fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet, rent och fint. Lite trångt mellan varven och kö till hiss, men härligt spa och underbar personal. Många platser att kunna sitta, ligga och vila eller umgås på. Jättegod frukost med nybakat (varmt) bröd. Hit kommer vi gärna igen!

Hej, Kanonfint rum mot stranden. Bra ljudisolerat när man stänger balkongdörren. Schysst room service. Fri parkering är ju underbart. Bland det bästa vi har ätit i frukostväg, grymt utbud och service. Bäst av allt är ju läget .
