The room was a little dated but everything in it that we needed, very comfortable beds, toiletries, hairdryer, tv and housekeeping every day. Unfortunately did not meet the housekeeping staff as we were out every day. Receptionist and concierge were excellent.

Room was clean, small but more than acceptable for what we needed (a night in NYC!). Easy check in, friendly check in, felt very safe. Room was a little too hot, but we adjusted. I would definitely stay here again!
