The drive way is a quick steep climb, accessible by most vehicles, but winter conditions may require all wheel drive or snow tires. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE There is no cell phone service, but wi-fi and a land line are accessible at the house. This house is also on a dirt road that is well maintained, but seasonal weather may cause variable conditions. The driveway is plowed and sanded as needed, but there is a short, steep incline to the house and snowtires and/or AWD/4x4 is recommended during winter months in Vermont. There is a per person charge at the house so that the rate reflects beds, linens and utilities used in small to large groups. Please be sure to check your guest count before sending reservation requests, thank you. We welcome well behaved pets for a $50 fee. We offer dogs bowls, one dog bed and baggies for picking up waste. This unique architectural gem is spacious and clean & cozy. The location in the woods was lovely-- very quiet and surrounded by nature. The host is very communicative and everything was in perfect shape for our visit: comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, amazing hot tub, and modern bathrooms and appliances. We also recommend Vermont Bike and Brew Tours to those who are looking for something to do nearby. They set us up with e-bikes and we enjoyed 25 miles of incredible vistas and backroads of the Upper Valley. ##### Margaret R. Open layout on each of the 3 floors with exposed woodwork of the unique “bow” house shape. Nice accommodations for a relaxing getaway, with a fenced in area for our dogs to explore. Our sons and their wives joined us the first week and we found the house to be cozy yet accommodating to our numbers. The house is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Jenn is a responsive host and has given a lot of thought about the details that make your stay pleasant, right down to supplying jig saw puzzles for a rainy day. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced-in yard. We would definitely recommend the Cozy Bow House! ##### Patricia M. The place was beautiful and we all enjoyed it. Especially the hot tub. When we had a few questions the owners got back to us right away. My only comment was that the noise travels through the house. The views are breathtaking and the house is amazing as well! It was a wonderful, relaxing first time visiti to Vermont and the host, Jen, was extremely friendly and so helpful in making our stay a memorable one.
