Great spring rates at 99.00 a night. Cliffside Condos is nestled in the lovely community of Fairfield Bay, AR. This condominium is a walk-in condominium with no stairs to climb to enter the unit. Cliffside Condos is close to all the amenities offered in the Fairfield Bay area. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDOMINIUM, ON THE BALCONY OR IN THE PARKING AREA. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. The condominium offers two bedrooms, and two baths fully furnished with the master having access to the wonderful balcony with views of the lake. The wealth of windows highlighting the view of the lake from the master bedroom and living room are spectacular. The condominium sleeps six with plenty of room in the common areas to enjoy your stay. The master has a king bed, and the second bedroom offers two double beds. Both bedrooms have their own baths. The kitchen is fully equipment to enjoy any meal you wish to cook, while on vacation and offers new appliances. There is a small breakfast bar for two or enjoy the dining room table which seats six. Each bedroom has its own TV, and one is located in the living area. We also offer a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. We have Roku so you can use your own streaming services. The living area accommodates six adults comfortably and the balcony offers seating for you to enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunsets. The laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer is just off the master bedroom. The condo provides hair dryers, crock pot, coffee maker, microwave, and linens/towels. Fairfield Bay offers wonderful activities for all ages. There are two award winning golf courses, five large pools, (one within a short walk from the condo), pickle ball, and tennis courts. Miniature golf, bowling, hiking trails (over 20 miles), ATV trails (over 90 miles), volleyball, shuffleboard, shopping, restaurants, marina, which offers boat rental to enjoy Greers Ferry Lake. Fairfield Bay is located near Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark National Forest. There is front door parking, and you walk right into the unit. GREERS FERRY LAKE (2.6 miles) Fairfield Bay Marina (4.2 miles), Sandy Beach (33.8 miles), boating, water skiing, fishing, swimming, sailing. GOLF COURSES: Indian Hills Golf Course (2.2 miles), Mountain Ranch Golf Club (2.4 miles), Red River Golf Club (14.8 miles) FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATTRACTIONS: Cool Pool Cafe (0.2 miles), Woodland Mead Park (0.3 miles), Woodlawn Mead Park Mini-Golf (0.3 miles) HIKING: Fairfield Bay Trail (3.7 miles), Sugar Loaf Mountain (17.2 miles), Collins Creek Trail (34.9 miles), Mossy Bluff National Nature Trail (35.3) By using the Pack ‘n Play I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the Pack 'n Play provided by the owner. 1\.
