Great grassy area with plenty of games; I Enjoy our farm with cows , goats, chickens and duck pond. The house was so unique and comforting. They have farm animals and cute little bunnies and squirrels running around. The farm animals are separate from the beautiful house near the delicious orange trees that they allow you to treat yourself with. This property was a great addition to the wonderful experience we had at the Sequoia National Park and we highly recommend this for your stay! ##### Lisa R. Nice open kitchen, dining and living room area. Clean. Great to have a pool and hot tub after a day of hiking in Sequoia National Park and other trails in Three Rivers. All of us enjoyed the animals, the farm tour, the fresh eggs, the quiet. Location was great with Visalia to the west (fun downtown area) and Sequoia to the east. ##### Mary B. Loved the kitchen and just hanging out, spending time with my brother and my adult children. The cow/goats/ chickens were fun to watch and be around, and I loved the fresh eggs every day. There were so many things to do at the ranch itself, and everyone really enjoyed their time here. The hosts were very responsive and just a text away when minor issues came up. There was plenty of room for our group of eight, ranging in age from 6 to 80\. The house is very clean and comfortable. The house is beautifully crafted and designed with an open concept and large windows that allow you to appreciate the amazing views of the hills to the east. We enjoyed cool mornings in the rocking chairs on the porch and watching the sunrise. There are so many amazing amenities at the house. The kids loved the pool with the water slide and diving board as well as visiting all the animals on the property. From the house we visited Sequoia National Park. Vivian is a great host and was always quick and easy to communicate with. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return one day. We highly recommend staying at Powell Ranch Farm! ##### Leslie D.
