### Executive Home in Exclusive Gated Community. Private Beach, Private Walkways. 

Set amongst park-like grounds in the unique gated community of Headland farm park.  
This 600+ sq meter executive home, is spread over 3 levels, and boasts expansive water views, and only a 2-minute walk to the beach.  
The top floor contains a large private master suite. Complete with living area, TV, ensuite, spa bath, dressing room and large deck overlooking the impressive water views.  
The second floor contains 3 double bedrooms, a large family bathroom, separate powder room, laundry, library, two living areas, dining area, and a large entertainer’s kitchen with scullery.  
The ground floor contains two car garaging.  
There is a large, decked area off the second floor facing the view. It contains a spa pool, outside furniture, and BBQ’S.  
There are safe swimming beaches and bush, beach, and farm walks.  
At low tide you can walk to Motukiore Island or fish off the rocks or wharf.  
Coupled with this, there are many other picturesque beaches and bays in the surrounding Whangarei Heads Area.  
The renown Parua Bay Hotel is only 10 minutes’ drive away. And the center of Whangarei and Hundertwasser museum is only 20 minutes.  
The airport and New World grocery store are within a convenient 15-minute drive.  
This is a perfect place to stay for your breakaway.
