The room was clean but very thin walls and doors. It sounded like the people in the hall where in our room - very loud. You had to make sure the door shut completely, the elevators were very slow and looked/sounded like they needed some work.
The pool area was great with a great location on the beach.

We loved this place! Got there at 930 and our timing was perfect - saw the snake show, did the airboat, then we saw the gator show. When we left at 1130, it was getting busy. Loved the airboat ride - highly recommend for any age!
