There is NO comfort @ this Inn… Only pro I seen was the location of all the restaurants… Entered the room musty smell, seen mold in the AC unit, turned air down to 61 to get it colder, didn’t work even after being on from 3PM, -10AM… The emergency exit door wasn’t unlocking from inside/outside had to have the workers fix it, still didn’t unlock from outside had to prop open with rock by door… The stairwell exit wasn’t usable (didn’t need to use, but I’m sure this is a fire hazard). Pillows were the size of a toddler’s pillow & very thin!!! Towels looked/smelled like they wasn’t freshly washed… I only stayed here bc they needed to do work on my AC drain & this was one of the less expensive motels, & didn’t think it would be this bad!!! I wish I would have just went ahead it paid the extra money for a better one… I will NOT be staying here again!!!

The hotel was clean when I arrived, and my room was generally okay. However, after staying for two weeks, I noticed several problems with the service. Housekeeping did not vacuum the room, change the sheets, or properly make the bed even when I repeatedly asked. They mostly replaced the towels, and the bed came apart the moment I lay on it. The internet was extremely unreliable, so I recommend bringing your own internet connection if you must stay here. The breakfast was also disappointing, and the property had several structural issues. I stayed because I was usually busy during the day and didn't have time to relocate. When I finally moved to another hotel, the difference was immediate. Several hotels are on the same street, so there is no reason to settle for poor service.

Little bits of trash on the floor, and bathroom waste basket wasn’t emptied. The important things like beds, tub, toilet, and sink were clean. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, especially Samir. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is just now being renovated and we got one of the rooms. We have been in this situation before only to find the hvac system was full of dust. The first thing I checked was the filter and it was clean. I thanked the staff only to have the person a few feet away telling me that is the final thing he does before turning over the room to rent.

The staff helped my 90 yr old dad use the TV remote, the bedding was warm enough for him, the shower had a grab bar for stability, we appreciated the separate bath/ toilet from the sink area. The breakfast was convenient and fresh waffles were good, which made up for the bacon that I prefer crispy.
