We accidentally locked ourselves out and he was able to get the cleaning crew to let us in within an hour which was very much appreciated. However he was quick to let us know that we were the first to ever make this mistake, and said to be sure not to do it again as the cleaning lady was a very busy person. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. It is a 3 bedroom with an extra air up bed, the sofas were advertised as double sofa beds but are only sofas, not beds. Sits at the end of a road close to town and everything! The setting is really beautiful because it backs up to the woods and you have a ton of privacy while sitting on the big deck. Otherwise awesome place to stay and the owner was super nice and helpful. Answered questions right away! Location is great, not far from the Historic Downtown Eureka Springs. Its seculded at the end of a dead end road. Plenty of parking. Nice and quiet home amongst the trees. Its a great home for couples. Not recc for small children, elderly, or people unable to climb stairs due to a large set of stairs and walkway. Had plenty of towels and supplies included. The place was in a perfect location. Just off the main strip of old hotels and antique shopping, but secluded enough to feel like a house in the woods. The pull out is an air mattress in the living room and the "hot tub" is the jacuzzi tub in the master suite. The wall of windows is absolutely stunning, but isnt able to be closed for those sleeping in the living room. The bathrooms are only found within the bedrooms. Every room had a television with a roku. No need to fight over rooms because they are all stocked with comfy beds. All that said, it was a beautiful, well located spot that was well stocked and with a gracious host. We would all recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing spot in Eureka Springs. ##### Christy G.
