In the 1980's, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn. A stay at the Brownstone Inn provides access to our Parlor which includes living, dining, and kitchen space. Breakfast service is not available at this time. It is a very long walk to downtown. Some maintenance needed in bathroom of this space. Specifically toilet seat and glass shelf above sink. Deck is much different now than pictured. Time and weather have taken its toll. Water, yogurt and coffee in parlor were a nice touch. We encountered a large insect in shower first morning of our stay. ##### Jeff G.
