Set up with Sonos smart speakers and Phillips Hue lights, a 4K projector screen and a hot tub with a view of the Redwoods. Guests have exclusive access to entire home. Located between Sequoia Park and Zoo and old town Eureka. The Neighborhood is quiet and filled with beautifully landscaped yards. Unfortunately, no parties or events are permitted based on our permit and the upstairs deck is closed off to prevent noise complaints. Guests have exclusive access to entire home and private hot tub with a redwood view. The upstairs deck is closed to prevent noise complaints. Guests have full privacy but we live in the same city and are able to come by and assist with any needs. Neighborhood is centrally located between Sequoia Park & Zoo and old town Eureka and just a few blocks from St. Joseph’s Hospital. Guests can park in the driveway or on street. Easy to get around by bike, foot, or Ride share 1\. We allow dogs only. Sorry, no cats! Please keep your dogs off all the furniture, including off and out of the beds. We provide dog beds. 2\. Please do not use the upstairs balcony. Please keep that door shut and locked at all times. A wonderful discovery in Redwoods country. My family and I were thrilled to find this one-of-a-kind property in a quiet Eureka neighborhood for a short stay en route to the Bay Area. The reservation was secured easily, check-in information was clear, and the two bed-two bath home was chock full of amenities. A large concrete structure with an open floorplan and lots of neat design features (e.g. sliding barn doors, a roof rain spout that drains into an outdoor pond), the home boasts a fireplace, wonderfully hot hot tub, games, turntable with some nice vinyl, and a fenced yard/lots of goodies for pups. We loved all these features, as well as the sound of the rain on the roof and the showers (copious hot water, excellent pressure, and a lovely view into the trees). Big thanks too, to Kat the property manager, for turning around a propane refill request incredibly quickly and kindly. To all looking for a special stay, this comes highly recommended! ##### Amy B.
