- A freshly updated three bedroom home nestled into the side of the south hills of Eugene. Surrounded by mature gorgeous plants and a wonderful view. this is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The hiking trail of Spencer Butte and parts of the Ridgeline trail are just a few blocks away. Bus lines, grocery stores , and 2 restaurants are a easy walk from the front door. The University of Oregon, Hayward field and Autzen stadium are an easy drive but you will be well away from the commotion.
