Surrounded by mature gorgeous plants and a wonderful view. this is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The hiking trail of Spencer Butte and parts of the Ridgeline trail are just a few blocks away. Bus lines, grocery stores , and 2 restaurants are a easy walk from the front door. We spent our days with her, but it was a comfortable place to spend our mornings and evenings. It was very clean and well-supplied with everything we needed. Though we didn't use it, it has a nice back patio, too. It was close to downtown and easy to get to. The driveway is very steep but that really wasn't an issue for us even in our 70's.
