Rented this on a whim. When we got there, we found it to be Super cute. We rented the black-and-white room. There were other rooms rented, but they had their own private bathrooms. I didn’t realize we weren’t gonna have our own when I rented it. But we didn’t see anybody else on the floor where we were so we didn’t have to share bathrooms with anybody. But we did meet a lady downstairs the next morning who told us about the river. We took our coffee and sat by the river. It was so peaceful and Beautiful. The he rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Convenient Kitchen with coffee/tea makers, etc.. I was kind of worried at first because I am disabled. But I made it up there. The bed was very comfortable as well. There was no hot water for the entirety of my stay nor any reasonable effort to troubleshoot or offer some type of compensation for the diminished experience. I was there on business and needed a hot shower. There is no one on-site to address concerns and off-site response was, forgive the pun, lukewarm. They just became unresponsive.
