"Clear check in instructions arrived in several days before I travelled, which I really appreciated. The hosts included many thoughtful touches that made the space comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat, and the neighborhood is gorgeous with enormous trees."

"Absolute must stay if you're in Eugene. Front desk people were the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Huge full breakfast, better than some airline lounges.
