The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. The Hotel Manger paid personal visits to our room to ensure that we were doing well, and in one case noted we were late for breakfast, and offered to arrange room service so we would not miss our breakfast. The whole hotel staff team are exceptional in particular Rekik at reception who always collaborated with me in teasing family and friends visiting me at the hotel and Shetaye serving Secial tea & St George beer in the bar where I engaged in good conversation. It is easily accessible from the airport and the breakfast is always excellent."
