My daughter slept on the sofa sleeper, and it squeaked and made sounds all night. She said it was very uncomfortable. The 3rd floor was a steep climb, even for someone my age and carrying groceries and other things. We made the best of it and enjoyed the pool and the grill. Clean and neat. - right next to river and very silent area - the kitchen was well stocked - very close to fall river entrance of rmnp which is less crowded Cons - The shower area and the overall bathroom was small and when you shower, given the curtain size, lot of water spills out.
