Maximum guests day, or night, is 8\. Maximum vehicles 4\. Town of Estes Park regulations. Security deposits are held by VRBO with credit card and is only charged if damage is reported. Driveway has a camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside, or out. Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. Split california king is an adjustable bed. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.
