It was my wife our 2 adult children with their spouses and 2 grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The grandkids loved the house and our adult son enjoyed fishing in the river which was in the backyard. RMNP is close by. Great memories were made!!! ##### Bartley B. The house is just beautiful with lots of space to spread out. The location is close to everything we wanted to do. Sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the river flow by was my favorite thing to do! And one morning we had a mama deer with two fawns wandering through. Very interesting architecture and design. Fantastic location on the fall river (we did catch some trout btw.) Lots of space, very well furnished.
