We arrived after hours and followed the instructions to obtain the key at the office and the lock box would not recognize our code. The staff responded and gave a code for a key back at the apartment and then we discovered the apartment was dirty. We cleaned the floors, the pots and silverware which had food on them. We opened the door and discovered the screen was torn. Inspected the bedding and discovered bodily fluid stains. The shower head was not properly attached causing water to spray out of the shower. Towels had been improperly or not washed at allFound a place to wash the sheets and returned back to the apartment to go to bed. Next afternoon, returned back to the office to get keys and obtain new linens and towels which they provided. Told them about the incident but no response. Later sent video and told them I wanted to discuss after my trip.I cannot add photos because the pictures of the stains would not be family friendly.
