The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is Estes Park, you should be outside and not in your hotel room. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were kept clean. Elk visit the place almost everyday. We saw elk groups hanging around the place for quite some time. 15 minutes drive to the park. Extremely convenient.
