(Most of us flew to Colorado from the East Coast.) We loved that the primary bedroom was separate from the the other two bedrooms, and that it had an exit to the wonderful patio and hot tub. We had an absolute blast here. The location to downtown Estes Park was perfect! It was just far enough way to avoid traffic, but close enough to drive into town daily within five minutes. It was only 10 min from the RMNP too. The only downfall, I will say, was the master bedroom shower basin. It was cracked and the floor beneath was obviously rotten and weak. We enjoyed using the wood fireplace in the living room and the hot tub out back. We had deer, elk, and wild turkeys walk through the yard. Unfortunately we forgot something when we checked out but the rental company was kind and helpful in making sure we were able to get it back!Downsides: you have to walk through bedroom #2 to get to bedroom #3\.
