The location and property is beautiful however we booked for 6 adults and bedding was not provided for the sleeper sofa.

We enjoyed our stay. We knew about the lack of air conditioning, but it still took some getting used to. Good location, right on a river.

Relaxing week in RMNP

The online description was accurate, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and very helpful staff in the office. The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and close to RMNP. The sight and sound of the river out back was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!
