Everything was spotless, fully stocked with kitchen and bath amenities. The beds were so comfortable and the outdoor deck has a beautiful view of the river. The location could not be better, just minutes from the park entrance, shopping and restaurants; however, when you're there, you feel like you are in the middle of nature surrounded by trees and mountains. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We saw wild life every morning, the sound of the river was peaceful, entrance to RMNP was only a few minutes away, and it is quiet all day long. We had to reschedule our stay once and Tamara was amazing helping us as I panicked. My husband kept commenting how perfect the house was for our family. It’s literally minutes from the entrance to RMNP and great small trails by the YMCA. We saw several elk in the neighborhood and it was just minutes from downtown. All amenities were covered.
