The unit was perfect for myself and my guests. Kitchen is fine for usual meal preparation. My guests reported the fold out sofa bed was plenty comfortable. The location is ideal for those wanting to explore RMNP without dealing with the downtown Estes Park traffic. But very quick and easy to get downtown when we wanted to explore there.
