"We sat in the lobby trying to check in for 3 hours!!! There was no one there or no one answering the phones. I missed my flight the next morning because i got to bed so late. This hotel is very unprofessional and i will never stay here again in my life!!!! People were sleeping in the lobby on couches!!!"

"We had to pay in advance through Expedia for a room that was billed as waterfront and when we arrived we were given a a room with a view of the walkway and the we could not move to another room. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the air conditioning would get so loud we did not get more than a few hours sleep total. Terrible stay and I will not return. "

"The hotel is old, and our room smelled terrible. The room smelled of mildew in the carpets and wood furniture. We don't expect luxury when we pay this price for a room. We were just passing through, but I do expect fresh carpets and to feel like I'm in a clean space in terms of air quality. The beds were not comfortable, and the bedspreads were a bit old."
