« Nice little studio tucked away in rear of home in central El Paso. One parking space in front of the studio accessed through alley. A welcome bowl of snacks and water were provided by the host. The bed is a bit on the soft side but comfortable. I had a great stay for the BTS concert. Sun Bowl Stadium was a 10-15 minute drive. »

« Vrbo host poor communication skills- did not respond to any of my questions on the vrbo app, had to call to get check in instructions. On vrbo app, listing stated that check in instructions are emailed 3 days before check in - I had to call and text the host the day before. All he had to do was respond with,”I send them the night before” if that was the case. Note that there are no toiletries. »

« You get what you pay for. The place is located in a low income area of town. The apartment itself was ok. But, my husband and I both use medical equipment at night and the electrical plugs did not all work. So luckily the cord was long enough to reach across the bed. There was only one side table in each room, nice that one was easy to move. Then when we arrived and wanted to take a shower there were no wash clothes just body towels and one hand towel. « The property is good with only one flaw. The owner is terrific and communicates well. The issue is the construction of the bathroom. The toilet sits almost underneath the sink, making it very difficult to use for a person over 6 foot tall. With a bit of rework in the bathroom, this will be a terrific rental. Of course, for folks under 6 feet tall, the current bathroom is likely no problem. »
